One to One Therapy Services

I am a member of the Acupuncture Regulatory Association (ARA), Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) , Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and Sports Therapy Organisation (STO). I am fully insured for all of my modalities. Most of my clients don’t come to me with one clear injury. They come with a body that’s stopped trusting itself, an athlete still guarding a joint long after the scan came back clear, or a working parent whose shoulders never quite drop even on a day off. My approach treats both the physical and the psychological side of that, because in my experience, that’s usually where recovery actually happens. I have more than 15 years experience in sporting injuries and rehabilitation with success in rehabilitation for athletes I have worked with over many years. I have worked with QPR Ladies, Ascot United, Holyport FC, Hungerford Town Fc and assisted at numerous local clubs in the area standing in.
