Peace of mind with professional coverage

Medical Acupuncture & Dry Needling Evidence-based treatment to release trigger points, reduce pain, improve mobility and speed up injury recovery. Highly effective for persistent muscle knots, joint pain and overuse injuries common in throwing, racket and field sports. Fully regulated practitioner with Acupuncture Regulatory Association. Initial Session £75 includes consultation, assessment and first treatment one hour and 15 minutes Follow on sessions £70 for treatment time 45 minutes

A precise, targeted technique that gets straight to the source of muscular pain. By releasing tight trigger points, dry needling can ease stubborn tension, improve range of motion, and speed up recovery from injury. A favourite among athletes dealing with persistent knots that massage alone can't shift.

Sports & Deep Tissue Massage Targeted therapy to ease tight muscles, reduce fatigue, prevent injury and boost recovery. Ideal pre-event preparation or post-training reset for all activity levels — from elite athletes to office workers with postural tension. Available at our Ascot clinic or by arrangement across Berkshire.
