I’m Natalie, founder of Natz Active Therapy Zone, based right here in Ascot, Berkshire.

I specialise in all forms of massage and acupuncture, in particular in relation to rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, and injury prevention. Supporting everyone from elite athletes, darts players, and local football clubs to weekend runners, gym-goers, and anyone dealing with persistent pain or post-injury recovery.

Qualifications & Standards

• Fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist

• Member of Acupuncture Regulatory Association (ARA), Sports Therapy Organisation (STO), Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

• Fully insured with Westminster Insurance for all modalities and ICO Registered (Reg No: C1938309)

• Regular CPD training in dry needling, acupuncture, Football Association required qualifications and sports event support

I don’t just treat symptoms, I get to the root cause of your pain or restriction. Every session starts with a full assessment, followed by hands-on treatment and a personalised plan to build strength, fix movement patterns, and lower your risk of re‑injury. I work closely with coaches, clubs, and medical teams to keep you on track through training, competition, and recovery.

Based in Ascot, I work with clients across Bracknell, Windsor, Maidenhead, Sunningdale, and surrounding areas. I also provide on‑site support for local teams (Currently Holyport FC), tournaments, and sports events.
